Here at NOAH we think it is important to be a bit flexible with inspection scheduling, that is why it has always been our policy to permit one reinspect at no additional charge. Reinspects have been required after an inspection has been missed or failed. Due to the increased volume of inspections we have increased the number of free reinspects to allow two per build. However, after two missed or failed inspections there will be a fee of $35 for each following missed or failed inspection. If the inspection is unable to be completed due to an issue on NOAH’s end, it will never count against the member.
